COURSE 2: Appetizer - Domaine Sylvain Bailly Sancerre Blanc paired with Smoked Salmon Crostini.
COURSE 3: Main I -Don Jacob Crianza paired with Spanish Iberico Jamon Ham and Manchego Cheese plate.
COURSE 4: Main II - Avanti Chianti DOCG paired with an Italian Empanada with a special dipping sauce.
